My url has been put as spam without a reason?

How can I remove my url from the spam list even if I never made a spam and/or bulk email campaign. All my customers are registered and, once they are logged in, they can interact. When they interact with an off-line member, we send to the other member an email advising him about the info of the first member. Yahoo puts our email within registered member as spam. How can I take it away? How can I clean it? Our email as within members!

Wow, good catch. I started poking around and wanted to share some more findings. Here is the user experience for anyone

register as a Reviewer feedback form if you are the owner/operator of the site. But I did not want to go off on my own and leave comments without the team coordinating an effort.

This “black-eye” is the result of ONE reviewer who calls himself xxxx From their other posts I would say they are probably not a disgruntled former employee looking for payback. He/She has posted 6,004 messages since xxxxx 06. That’s 57 per day. So this individual is badly in need of a life; I wonder if they wear tights and a cape? I also wonder if xxxxx have lost their minds, rating a company based on one reviewer’s negative feedback.

  2. The control is not on your end, it is on your customer’s. They need to use the SPAM filter to identify that your URL is NOT SPAM. If they allowed you to do this, all those URLs that ARE SPAM would just list themselves as NOT SPAM.
