I am looking to creat an email campaign ad. I want it to be a picture and text. but i want the whole picture and text to be a button that leads to my website. can any one tell me how to create one.

This is an html formatted e mail. If you do not know HTML (the language web pages use), it is pretty hard to do from scratch.
You may check with e mail advertising companies; they are focused on such and many have a user interface to achieve pretty much what you wish to do.
