This survey is part of my dissertation study regarding IPTV challenges and solutions in the UK market and being carried out to find out about main factors influencing consumer behaviour towards adopting IPTV such as their awareness about IPTV, willingness to purchase it, customers opinions and current users problems.

Your answers are important to provide an accurate and reliable result and may help providers better understand customers’ needs and preferences in the UK IPTV market in order to improve and extend their services.
