Any email software can mass email. YOu merely put the names in the TO (or better yet, the BCC) space separated by a comma or semicolon.
Using TO means that each person to receive the email will see all the other names. Using the BCC means that each receiver will see only their own name as receiver. (You must still put at least one name in the TO space, but it will still not see any other receivers in the list included in BCC)
