how do you know what to charge clients ?

I’m just starting a website and Im building it around affiliated marketing and targeted ads (banners, email campaigns, etc…). Since I’ve never set up an online advertising campaign I don’t know how to set up a pricing structure. Can someone lend me some advice?

Thanks

  1. When i first started my business (faux painting artist) I thought of what I wanted to be making an hour and how much tax and expense was coming out of that, then i timed my self, how long it took me to do the job. Say if I wanted 50 dollars per hour then if i did the job in say 2 hours, the charge was 100 dollars.
Of course my work I finally figured it by square ft. and I made a lot more money that way. Hope this helps somewhat. Smart guy! go for it!

  2. All depends on how much traffic you generate. Is your site getting 3,000+ uniques a day yet?
