I’m looking to run small email campaigns – few subscribers, infrequent mail-outs. Because of the small scale I don’t want to pay aweber’s $20 per month minimum, but instead pay per email. Can anyone recommend a good service with 1) high delivery rates, and 2) open & click statistics?

I am unaware of any decent pay per email services. However, i-Contact is only 9.95 a month to start, and allows up to 500 on your list. It’s a great service all around and can grow with you.
