I have received emails containing amber alerts etc, that I have forwarded on, only to recieve one back from people telling me they checked and it was false. How can I check these myself?
I gotten an email that landed in my junk mail. Read below

An aquaintance said something that leads me to believe he hacked into my aol account. I am asking because I have this nagging feeling that they read some of my email. How hard could this be. I don’t think that this person is particulary bright but – people suprise me all of the time.
Ahh, more words….the senario: I type a word document which contains email addresses (typed in, not taken from my mailbox). Then, when the recipient opens the mail, they click on the email address in the the text (not mine, but others’ ) and the screen shows MY Yahoo account,, not simply the mailer. [...]
I received an email that asks me to reset the password of another email box that I’ve been using. I guess maybe someone tried to open it, but he/she failed by led the system sending me this alert email. I’m pretty much curious about who did it, and for what reason.
