I have a home based website. Occasionally users have had trouble with the process on our website and have used our Contact form and requested an email reply back from us.
Unfortunately in many cases with Yahoo, when I send out the email reply it often never makes it to the user (ends up in SPAM [...]

I can understand why the congressional rules were written way back in the day, but times have changed. Shouldn’t a member of congress who is on the road campaigning be able to vote from a distance?
